Slow Food New York City Steering Committee Nomination Form

Please nominate yourself or a worthy Slow Food NYC member.

Note: All Steering Committee members are required to attend monthly meetings and serve on a committee or spearhead an event.

All nominations must be submitted by Friday, September 18. If you have questions, please contact kendall@slowfoodnyc.org.

To be nominated, one must be:

•A SFNYC member in good standing, meaning up-to-date on annual dues payment, for at least one year prior to your nomination

•Interested in and capable of contributing to the mission of Slow Food NYC

•Able to spend time working on SFNYC activities and affairs.

The Nomination Sub-committee may contact any of the nominees to talk about their interest. The Sub-committee will then propose a list of qualified candidates for the consideration of the SFNYC membership.

New Steering Committee members’ terms will commence during spring, 2008.
